Fivio Foreign is looking to make things right with a videographer from South Africa who let him know that he still hasn’t been paid for work he did for the New York rapper when he was in his country.
The exchange went down on Twitter on Thursday (April 12), after a tweet the videographer made about the situation managed to gain traction.

“I’ve been quiet and chasing for mooonths, after submitting work for @FivioForeign when he came to SA for @RockingTheDaisy,” he began. “they booked me to cover his weekend here. I did that, they loved the videos. Pls help me RT until they pay my rack, this I won’t let slide.”
Once Fivio caught wind, he retweeted the message with a reply, promising to make things right and square up the outstanding bill.

The exchange follows a rocky March that saw Fivio missing his scheduled performance at Rolling Loud California – later revealing that the issue was due to complications with his health.
The Brooklyn star took to Twitter hours after his scheduled set to apologize, noting that missing a show had never happened in his career.

Without going into many details, Fivio explained that he decided to skip Rolling Loud to address what was keeping him from physically being at his best.
“Apologize to @RollingLoud & everybody who came out to see me I ain’t make it,” he tweeted. “My first time missing a show and I feel so crazy about it but my body dealing w some real issues.. Juss keep me in yah prayers & I’ll hit Tariq up to make it up [blue heart emoji].”
Though he didn’t offer any additional information about his condition or symptoms, Fivio Foreign’s health scare comes days after he shared some thoughts about how the pressures of life and career responsibilities can bring on anxiety and depression.
“The reason people deal w depression and trauma and anxiety is cause they tryna take care of the things dat should b taken care of,” he tweeted in February, later adding: “I don’t ignore my problems I fix them…”
