Eminem might be on his way to Sin City, after boxer Terence Crawford asked if the Detroit legend would escort him into the ring for his title fight this weekend.
On Thursday (July 27), Crawford posted a clip to Instagram in the hope that Slim Shady would walk him to the ring for his anticipated bout against Errol Spence Jr. on Saturday (July 19).

“Ay, you know what I was thinking — crazy shit — it’d be dope to have like Eminem walk me out or something like that,” he said. “I don’t think he ever walked nobody out.”
Em caught wind of the video and responded in the comment section hours later: “This is 2 crazy.!!! You r 1 of my favorite boxers rn!”
Crawford doubled-down on his offer: “Pull Up Em! Let’s do some legendary shit [goat] x [goat].”

Eminem didn’t give a direct confirmation but vaguely left the door open to the possibility by replying with a pair of emojis.
Plenty of fans lent their stamp of approval to the idea of having Eminem escort Crawford to the ring, including producer Honorable C.N.O.T.E. “Eminem doin lose yaself would be fie frfr,” he wrote.
With Crawford-Spence being one of the most eagerly-awaited fights of the decade, Em will be locked in whether he’s in T-Mobile Arena or watching from thousands of miles away.
Eminem has long been a fan of boxing and he’s even throwing on the gloves himself these days whether that’s sparring at his house or stepping into the Peleton ring for speed boxing classes.
Em was actually slated to star in Antoine Fuqua’s Southpaw boxing movie, but the role was eventually taken over by Jake Gyllenhaal, while the rapper handled executive producing duties on the soundtrack.
During his 2020 appearance on Hotboxin’ With Mike Tyson, Eminem revealed he nearly quit boxing altogether after being beaten on by a 14-year-old. “So one day, he comes over and he brings this boxer… When I came out, the dude he brought had his headgear on,” Em recalled.

“We’re going at it and he kicked the shit out of me. Fucked me up. I don’t think I got one hit in. After three rounds, he takes off his headgear and I said, ‘Man, how old are you?’ He said, ‘14.’ I was like, man, I fucking quit.”
