Drake doesn’t appear to be particularly beloved in his hometown — at least amongst Limp Bizkit fans.

During the band’s concert at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on Wednesday (July 24) as part of their Loserville Tour, the band’s frontman Fred Durst mentioned that Drake was watching from the side of the stage, and received a less-than-enthusiastic response.’

“Did you know Drake’s here tonight?” Durst asked, to audible boos.

He seemed confused, responding: “I thought Drake was your homie? What? No? Drake’s my homie.”

Limp Bizkit audiences aren’t the only ones giving Drake a hard time lately.

Recently, Soulja Boy hit back at Drizzy for appearing to diss him on an unreleased collaboration with Lil Yachty.

Earlier this week, Kai Cenat played a snippet of the upcoming Drizzy and Yachty song, tentatively titled “Super Soak,” on his livestream.

On the track, the 6 God raps: “I’m watching the moves, playin’ it close/ SOD, super soak,” seemingly referencing the “Crank That” rapper’s record label Stacks on Deck and 2007 song “Super Soak.”

Soulja Boy did not take the perceived diss lightly, jumping on Instagram Live to issue a warning to the Canadian superstar.

“Drake, you better keep that shit light, my boy. This your first and only warning, my boy,” he said. “I’m telling you some gangsta shit. If you doing a shout-out, cool. If you’re any form, shape or way trying to disrespect me or sneak diss, I’m on yo ass, boy. This not gon’ be the best idea for you, family.”

He added: “If it’s a shout-out, stamp that. You or Yachty, stamp that. If it ain’t no shout-out, speak on how you feel, my boy, and we can get to it.”

Big Draco then referenced Drake’s ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar: “How the fuck you let Kendrick Lamar cook yo ass, and then the first thing you do is try to come at me? Twin, it better be a shout-out!”

Drizzy’s “Super Soak” lyrics appeared to be a response to Soulja Boy’s recent social media attack on him, in which he revealed that he was let down by his “We Made It” collaborator’s performance in his beef with Kendrick.

“Swag Season July 28 never let a n-gga try me like I’m drake,” Soulja wrote on X earlier this month. “You disappointed me. @Drake.”

In another post, he added: “Doing all them weak ass songs with them n-ggaz look where It got u none of them n-ggaz you collab with or took on tour had yo back @Drake.”
