DJ Khaled‘s former South Florida mansion has hit the market for just less than $17 million and includes his famed sneaker room.
Officially listed for $16.39 million, the We The Best founder’s old home features 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals and a dedicated room that once held over 500 pairs of his sneakers.

Despite not owning the home for several years, various Khaled trademarks still exist on the property including his We The Best logo on the floor of his 1,000 square foot sneaker room.
The “God Did” hitmaker bought the mansion in 2015 for just less than $4 million, then spent $2.5 million renovating it to his specifications. This is when Khaled installed the sneaker room as well as a movie theatre.

Other features of the waterfront house include a chef’s kitchen, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a wine room.

He also spent $10 million buying Robbie Williams’ Los Angeles mansion which came with a recording studio built by the British pop star.

Despite splashing out on property, Khaled previously admitted he nearly lost his home after making some bad investments.
“I remember I had like a month to come up with this [large] amount of money. I kept saying, ‘There’s no way in the world that we worked this much this far and we don’t have nothing to show for it.’ I changed that right away,” he said in an interview with Rolling Stone.
“I was like, ‘Yo, if I want a family, I got to get my shit right.’ And I gambled on myself. I always bet on myself from day one. But I tripled down that day.”
Khaled also admitted he takes care of his bills himself instead of having accountants.

“No disrespect to all you beautiful business managers out there — I don’t want to mess up your hustle — but I’ve heard a lot of crazy stories, okay?” he said on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast. “There’s no way in the world I’m letting somebody have the power to touch the hard work. No way.”
After talking about how his parents taught him to put effort into his dreams and value the capital it generates, the producer once again clarified that he takes care of “everything” himself.

“I don’t believe in no accountant, I don’t believe in — what’s the thing they call — money manager,” he said. “I pay the grass, the car washman, the guy that’s cut my hair, the electric bill, the car note, the mortgage.”
