DJ Drama has offered to do a Gangsta Grillz mixtape with Quentin Miller to make up for the damage caused by Drake and Meek Mill’s beef.
During an appearance on Akademiks’Off The Record, the Grammy-winning DJ revealed he’s open to collaborating with Miller, with whom he’s since patched things up.

Drama — who was alleged to have fueled the beef by sending Meek reference tracks recorded by Miller that were intended for Drake — said he doesn’t believe he’s the only person that owes the songwriter an apology, though.
“Well, just to clarify, I definitely think there are apologies owed to Quentin Miller, for sure,” Drama said. “I don’t know if I would say that they would only need to be from me. If it makes you feel any better, me and Quentin have seen each other recently.”
He added: “I put it on social media, I put him in my [Instagram] Story. [He] came to the studio, and we’ve even talked. I asked him if he wanted to do a Gangsta Grillz, so you know, I would definitely be open and down to doing a Gangsta Grillz with Quentin Miller.”
DJ Drama later agreed with Akademiks that Quentin Miller’s career was affected more than anyone’s in that situation. However, he’s all for making things better for the sake of smoothing things over.
“You’re not wrong in your assessment. Like when you say you see [Drake and I] at the Kentucky Derby, these guys have patched it up. And then Quentin, out of the four of us or what have you, unfortunately, it looks like he got the short end of the stick,” Drama said.

He continued: “I don’t disagree with you on that, and honestly, even me extending that hand and telling him, ‘Yo, let’s do a tape’ is a gesture in the right direction for me. If I can do something to uplift or be there for Quentin, I’m all for that. At the end of the day, I’m a solid guy.”
Quentin Miller had plenty to say about Drake and Meek Mill’s beef himself earlier this year. During an interview with VladTV, the Atlanta native revealed he was never properly compensated for his work with Drizzy, despite landing multiple songwriting credits on his triple-platinum album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
“It was really inconsiderate,” Miller said while reflecting on his name being dragged through the mud during Drake and Meek’s beef. “It’s like I don’t matter. Maybe ’cause I was a writer, I don’t know. Even with [DJ] Drama and them, just throwing my whole life on the back burner just to get at a n-gga. But what about me taking care of my family?”
He added: “I’m working with a n-gga that literally is about to change my life, even though I was in my horrible, horrible, horrible publishing situation with Tricky so I never got a publishing check off of any Drake songs.”

While discussing Meek Mill in another portion of the interview, Miller flat-out said he has “never had a good experience” with the Philly rapper.
“Honestly the Meek thing – I never had a good experience with Meek Mill,” he said. “I remember one time Rick Ross had me and Mack, Wedding Crashers, had us pull up to The Promise Land… and Meek just so happened to be there and he was just mugging me the whole time.

“I never got positive vibes from Meek. So, I don’t really expect nothing from Meek. But it’s really the Drama and Drake situation. Even Drama and Drake linking back up for the Jack Harlow video and everything. Shout out to Jack Harlow. I don’t got no issues with Jack Harlow.”
