Diddy has been hit with yet another round of lawsuits as he continues to sit behind bars, with the latest including accusations of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.

According to a report from Variety, prominent Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee and his California counterpart, Andrew Van Arsdale, filed suits on behalf of multiple clients on Monday (October 28).

Among them, a John Doe says he was just 10 when Diddy (real name Sean Combs) allegedly drugged and raped him in a New York City hotel during a 2005 audition.

In his complaint, Doe says a consultant hired by his parents took him to a hotel room where he was left alone with Combs and allegedly given a soda that he believes was laced with drugs.

The suit reads: “After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.’ Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’

“When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”

The plaintiff claims he lost consciousness during the incident and woke up in pain with his pants undone. He later informed his parents, who were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.” As a result, Doe says he now suffers from severe depression and anxiety and required homeschooling afterward.

In a statement to HipHopDX, Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” they wrote. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

The newest lawsuits arrive just days after Diddy scored a minor victory in his attempt to be freed from jail, as his bail appeal was put on hold while he awaits a new bail hearing in U.S. District Court.

The embattled mogul received the news on Thursday (October 24) when the order was filed.

The week prior, independent reporter Meghann Cuniff shared information on the evolving situation, around the same time that the request was granted despite the objection of prosecutors.

“Prosecutors have filed opposition to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ bail appeal with 2nd Circuit,” she wrote on X. “In arguing that Judge Carter erred, Combs entirely ignores the serious and violent nature of the charges against him, and the strength of the evidence against him.”

In a second tweet, Cuniff added: “HOWEVER, Combs’ lawyers want the appeal put on hold while they pursue a new bail hearing in U.S. District Court.

“The renewed request is based on changed circumstances warranting a new bail hearing, which the district court is best suited to consider in the first instance.’”

Diddy is currently in jail awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Federal prosecutors have accused the 54-year-old of forcing women to have sex with male prostitutes for his pleasure, as well as running a criminal enterprise that engaged in kidnapping, arson and bribery, among other crimes, for over a decade.
