Diddy once predicted that his legendary parties would land him in trouble with the law.

In the clip, which was filmed in 1999, Puffy tells Entertainment Tonight: “They won’t even give me a permit for the parties, man. They don’t want me to throw the parties no more. But we ain’t gonna stop, we gonna keep on having fun, bringing people together from all walks of life.

“You gonna hear about my parties, they gonna be shutting them down, they gonna probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just ’cause we wanna have a good time.”

He adds: “Whenever you bring up a different element into people’s environment, things that broaden people’s horizon, people get intimidated. There are a lot of people out there that feel intimidated by it.

“[But] it ain’t nothing but breaking down racial barriers, breaking down generation barriers. It’s people from all walks of life… Ron Perlman talking to JAY-Z, you know what I’m saying?”

Diddy’s parties — more specifically, his alleged sex parties, known as “freak offs” — did indeed result in his arrest last week when he was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Federal prosecutors in New York filed a three-count indictment against the mogul accusing him of coercing women to have sex with male prostitutes for his own pleasure.

It claims Puffy used violence, drugs, threats and blackmail to force women into participating in these sex sessions, which he would allegedly record and masturbate to.

The 54-year-old is also accused of transporting male sex workers across state lines and internationally for these parties, with a network of associates allegedly helping him carry out and conceal his crimes.

The Homeland Security raids on Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles homes in March turned up various pieces of evidence of these freak offs, according to prosecutors, including video footage of said sex parties and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will remain in jail until trial having twice been denied bond.
