Diddy is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a former employee who claims the embattled mogul ordered him to fill hotel rooms with drugs and sex toys.

In the filing, as seen by TMZ, a man by the name of Phillip Pines is suing Diddy for sexual battery, sexual harassment and sex trafficking during his time employed by the Bad Boy Records founder as an assistant between 2019 and 2021.

According to the suit, Pines’ duties included setting up hotel rooms and cleaning them afterwards for events purportedly titled “Wild King Nights”.

Pines claims that he would stock Diddy’s hotel rooms with items such as alcohol, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astro glide, sex machines as well as illegal drugs.

He alleges that the parties would sometimes go on for days and that after they were finished he would have to clean up bodily fluids, drug residue, condoms and blood. Pines says that hotel cleaners were tipped generously so that the chaos wasn’t reported.

Pines further alleges that Diddy forced him to have sex with a woman while the rapper and producer watched.

Pines also claims that he witnessed Diddy assault a man but was threatened by his former chief of staff Kristina Khorram to not mention the incident.

Diddy and his legal team vehemently deny the allegations: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy has been the subject of tens of lawsuits over the past year ever since he was first accused by ex-girlfriend Cassie of sexual assault and sex trafficking.

As well as numerous civil lawsuits, Diddy was arrested in September on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

He currently remains behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being refused bail on a multitude of occasions.
