In the filing, Jackson says Palmer’s friend Lenoria Addison attempted to stop her from allegedly hitting him. As part of his evidence, Jackson included text messages allegedly from Palmer which read: “I am sorry for hitting you.”
Jackson also accused Palmer of “violently gripping” his arm which left “marks” during a row. In more text messages said to be from Palmer, as well as a picture of his arm, she calls him “childish.”

Jackson also alleges Palmer of drinking alcohol and becoming verbally abusive, calling him a “bitch, a punk ass, and a loser.”
He added in the court documents: “I tried to de-escalate the situation and she became more enraged. I left the house to avoid further conflict. That night, she sent me several emails.”
The filing comes weeks after Keke Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against Darius Jackson over claims that he was repeatedly abuse towards her.
Palmer detailed an incident from 2022 where she alleges: “In the bedroom, he slammed me on the floor and slapped my head from side to side.

Palmer also included footage of an alleged attack by Jackson in early November, where she claims he “grabbed” her neck and face.
The Hustlers star also claimed Jackson acted violently towards their infant son: “Darius started getting rough with Leo physically and I stepped in to make sure Darius would not hurt him. Darius was angry and it almost became a tug of war with Leo.
“Darius finally let go and Leo was not harmed, but as I was holding Leo trying to comfort him and finish changing his diaper, Darius hit me in the head before storming out of the room.”
