“BLESSINGS all 2023,” she captioned the pictures showcasing her baby bump in Chicago Bulls gear.
Plenty of Da Brat’s Hip Hop peers flooded her comments section, with the likes of Missy Elliott, Bun B, Trina, D-Nice and Muni Long sending their love and congratulations.
“Awwww this so Amazing,” Missy wrote, while Bun added: “Aww shit it’s all the way up! Congrats y’all!!”
Da Brat and Harris-Dupart, who is a mother of three from a previous relationship, opened up about their pregnancy journey in an interview with PEOPLE.
“I never thought I was going to have kids,” the So So Def representative said. “I just thought it wasn’t in the cards for me. I’ve had a great career, a full life. I felt like, because I didn’t get pregnant earlier on, then it just wasn’t going to happen for me.”
The 48-year-old experienced health complications throughout her pregnancy, which involved a heartbreaking miscarriage and surgery to remove fibroids and polyps before her embryo transfer procedure.
“Everything makes me cry,” she continued. “If someone wins American Idol, I cry. I’m like, I’m tougher than that! It’s just a blessing. I’m excited! I don’t have any cravings or nausea, but I’m always sleepy. It’s crazy!”
Fans will get an even deeper look into Da Brat’s pregnancy journey in season three of Brat Loves Judy, which premieres on April 27 at 9 p.m. ET on WE TV.
Da Brat came out as gay in March 2020 before tying the knot with Harris-Dupart in February 2022.
In a 2021 interview with HipHopDX, Da Brat explained how she never would’ve found the courage to get so vulnerable without Harris-Dupart’s encouragement.

“She and I were up in her mom’s room, at her mom’s house, and we’re up in the room playing around,” she explained. “We had been dating for some time and she made me feel like it’s OK. It’s a safe place to love out loud, or to let people see you happy and there’s no reason to hide anything. And she was saying, ‘I’m going to post it.’
“And I was saying, ‘No, I’m going to post it.’ We were joking around — and then she posted it. I was like, ‘Oh my God, you just posted it. I guess we just came out, bitch. Oh my God!’”
