Chris Brown and Lil Durk have been sued by producer Micah Foster for allegedly stealing his beat for their 2022 collab “Till the Wheels Fall Off.”
Foster claims he played his song, which was then called “Wheels Fall Off,” to Brown and that the R&B singer copied the track’s chorus, hook and arrangement for his and Durk’s hit, which appeared on the album Breezy.

In the suit, the details of which were obtained by TMZ, Foster claims his song was made in 2019, three years before Brown and Durk’s collaboration.
Foster wants royalties from the song and alleges he has not been paid a cent, forcing the lawsuit. Brown and Durk have yet to comment on the lawsuit and the accusations contained within.
“Till the Wheels Fall Off” is the opening track on Brown’s 2022 album and also features Capella Grey. The song credits RoccStar, Fridayy, Kifano Reque and Yacoub Kawaja as songwriters.
Brown was also recently sued for $50 million over an alleged backstage beating that took place at one of his tour stops in Texas.

According to a report from TMZ on Brown and Yella Beezy (along with Breezy’s friend Sinko Ceej) and Live Nation are being sued by plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell.
The four men claim they were invited backstage at Chris’s 11:11 Tour in Fort Worth, TX on July 20, along with 40 women. According to Bush’s version of events, he dapped Chris up and was having a positive interaction before one of the singer’s team members said, “Man you don’t remember you two were beefing?”
At that point, Bush says Chris replied, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n-gga? I don’t forget shit” – and then ordered his crew to jump the visitor. Bush was then allegedly surrounded by seven to 10 people who proceeded to punch and kick him as well as throw a chair at his head.
All four men claim they suffered severe injuries and had to undergo various medical treatments. According to their attorney Tony Buzbee, at least one of them remains hospitalized.
