Cardi B has pondered recreating the music video for Michael and Janet Jackson‘s “Scream,” but her flexibility apparently might get in her way.
On Wednesday (March 22), Cardi took to Twitter to respond to a fan that suggested she and Offset would be a perfect fit to recreate the iconic black-and-white “Scream” visual.

The fans’ tweet contained a snippet of the iconic dance routine from the video with the caption calling for The Bronx rapper to do a rendition of it. “Offset and Cardi could actually recreate this,” the fan wrote.
The leader of the Bardi gang retweeted the post and told the fan Offset would be a great fit for the video given his background as a dancer, but for Cardi, her fragile knees would stop her. “Offset YES…..Me? …..my knee already broke,” she replied.
The Jackson siblings released “Scream” in 1995, and the Mark Romanek-directed video is one of the most critically acclaimed visuals in MJ’s videography. It won three MTV Video Music Awards and the Grammy Award for Best Music Video.
At a cost of $7million, the “Scream” music video was listed in the Guinness World Records as the most expensive music video ever made.

In 2020, Cardi B showed off her husband imitating Michael Jackson by hitting some of his iconic dance moves for their daughter Kulture’s birthday. Cardi shared a video of the “Walk It Talk It” rapper grooving to Michael Jackson’s “Rock With You,” before breaking into a full dance routine.
“Michael Jackson Possesses offset,” Cardi wrote about her husband’s MJ impression.
Offset’s love for dance is no secret among longtime Migos fans. The rapper has been delivering smooth moves since his childhood making appearances in videos for Whitney Houston and TLC, and even broke out a few of them for his 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards performance with Cardi.
He’s also stated that his dream collaboration would have been with the late King of Pop. In a 2019 interview with Billboard, Offset said there’s only one group he wants to see Migos paired with.
