Cam’ron has made it clear that he has no beef with Ben Gordon after the two went back and forth over the former NBA player’s alleged sewing needle attacks.
During an appearance on Fox 5 New York’s Good Day New York on Friday (May 19), the Dipset rapper told host Rosanna Scotto that it was all water under the bridge between him and Gordon.

“So look, let me explain what happened with Ben Gordon,” Cam’ron began. “It’s funny, my brother is over there who started this whole thing. So I did a report on Ben Gordon and I’m not going to talk about Ben — wassup, Ben?
“He didn’t like it so much so he tried to get at me so I got back at him. But it’s all fun and games, you know, I love Ben. I got a lot a love for Ben.”

When Scotto asked if Cam was afraid of some of the threats the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year made against him, he responded by saying: “Not even a little bit.”
“Nah, Ben’s cool. Ben’s my mans,” Cam continued. “It’s all fun and games, at least on my behalf. I think it’s all fun and games. I don’t have a problem with Ben.
“You gotta ask Ben about the sewing needles. I ain’t have nothing to do with the sewing needles, but as far as I’m concerned, it’s over with. I love Ben Gordon. If he has a problem with me, hopefully we can get on the phone and fix it.”
Ben Gordon — who spent over a decade in the NBA through stints with the Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons, Charlotte Bobcats and Orlando Magic — was arrested in December 2022 for allegedly stabbing random people with sewing needles in Harlem, New York.
Following the incident, Cam visited the Harlem hospital where Gordon was detained to report on the story and interview members of the public for his sports show It Is What It Is.

Ben Gordon was asked about Cam’ron’s video during a recent appearance on The Jig Is Up podcast, and threatened to fight the Come Home With Me rapper and also pursue legal action for slander.

Cam’ron responded by posting clips of Gordon’s interview to his Instagram last week and claiming he’ll have the former NBA star “institutionalized if necessary.”
“Dear Ben Gordon, I like to apologize I didn’t understand my actions when I did that report on you,” he wrote sarcastically. “Im scared at this point because you are giving me male rapist/tommy shepherd/hobo vibes Pause.”
