While Bow Wow pointed out the many good and bad things about being young and working in the entertainment industry, one of his greatest “gifts” was not being able to tap into his riches.
“For the first five years of my career I couldn’t touch none of my money,” he said. “If I would’ve came in the game at 19, or 18, I probably would’ve tapped out the game, because I would’ve been like, ‘This is crazy, I’m seeing this type of paper and I get to touch it.'”
He added: “I was kinda thankful for that.”
In other Bow Wow-related news, the rapper has been playing cupid for Nelly and Ashanti and recently encouraged the St. Louis rapper to marry the R&B singer.
An eagle-eyed videographer captured footage of the former couple hanging out and holding hands at the Gervonta Davis-Ryan Garcia from over the weekend at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bow Wow, who spotted the video on Instagram, took to the comments section to give some unsolicited love advice to Nelly, suggesting that the former St. Lunatics leader put a ring on it.
“Yo mo! I know we not seeing eye-to-eye either,” he wrote. “But from little bro to big bro, STOP PLAYING AND MARRY THIS WOMAN BRO! You like 50 [laughing face emoji]. Sit your old ass down [laughing face emojis] this your queen.”
Bow Wow’s efforts may have been successful. Ashanti and Nelly were also recently spotted performing at TAO Beach Dayclub in Las Vegas, only further fueling romance rumors.
The duo joined forces to perform their 2008 Akon-assisted collab “Body On Me” at the Sin City pool party, giving fans more reason to believe the former couple are back together.

Footage from the intimate performance showed the chemistry is clearly still there as Ashanti danced on Nelly and they brushed up on one another, which drew a reaction from the otherwise dreary party-going crowd.
