Boosie Badazz is in celebration mode after having his most recent gun charge officially dismissed in court.
The charge stems from a 2023 arrest, wherein the Baton Rouge rapper was nabbed by feds while exiting a courtroom in San Diego, CA. He had just had a separate gun case dismissed by a judge, but the victory was short-lived as he was arrested as soon as he stepped out of the building. It was later revealed he was being held on multiple gun charges, including “felony possession of a firearm and transporting firearms across highways.”

Thankfully, however, the issue was put in the past following a courtroom victory on Friday (July 12).
“Boosie cried and said he’s going to take his family on vacation to celebrate,” Legal Affairs & Trials writer Meghann Cuniff reported, with a photo of the rapper and his lawyer, Meghan Blanco.

“Boosie had a lot to say after court. He’s thankful to his lawyers and also Steven ‘Shorty’ Duarte, the felon who appealed his gun conviction and prompted the 9th Circuit ruling that led to Boosie’s charge being dismissed. Boosie wants to hook Shorty up.”
In a post of his own, Boosie rejoiced in the ruling.

In other, much less serious news, Boosie Badazz was recently accused of kicking a woman out of the club after she called him out over his alleged bad breath.
On Thursday (July 4) night, an unnamed woman took to social media and shared a video of the Baton Rouge native looking upset and staring at her through a crowd inside a club.
She subsequently uploaded another video in which she claimed to have been removed from the venue for what she said to the rapper during a brief interaction.
“He got mad, so he sent security up there,” the woman said. “They come to get me [and] I’m like, ‘Dang.’ Look how small [I am]. I didn’t even do anything.

She continued: “Like your breath was stank, but because I told you your breath was stank, you got me kicked out the club? I’m never going to nothing else.”
