Blac Youngsta’s brother was murdered in Memphis last week and police have identified a person of interest in the deadly shooting.
According to RDC News, the CMG rapper’s brother, Tomanuel Benson, was shot and killed near a Valero B.P. gas station in South Memphis last Friday morning (August 18). Tomanuel was rushed to Regional One Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The Memphis Police Department has identified a person of interest in the shooting on Tuesday (August 22) as they publicly revealed a clear screenshot from footage that appeared to be at the scene of the crime.
The photo looks to be at the gas station where the shooting took place where the alleged assailant is seen rocking a white t-shirt, silver chain, dark shorts and a red trucker cap.

“Officers made the scene to find Tomanuel Benson deceased. The pictured subject was developed during the investigation as a person of interest. This is an ongoing investigation,” the police department wrote to Facebook.
“Anyone with information about this incident should call Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH. You will be given a secret ID number, and your identification will remain completely anonymous.”

Blac Youngsta spoke out for the first time following the tragedy last Sunday (August 20), stating he would “make the world pay” for what happened and that he is “ready for whatever come with this shit.”

Blac Youngsta has lost three brothers in just under seven years. In November 2016, the Memphis rapper took to social media to reveal his heartbreak after losing one of his brothers.
“MISS YOU SO MUCH LIL BROTHER,” he wrote at the time. “I SWEAR TO GOD WHEN YOU DIED I THOUGHT ABOUT KILLING MYSELF NO LIE.”

Then in 2019, Urban Islandz reported Blac Youngsta’s other brother, HeavyChampTD, was shot and killed in Miami.
