Ari Lennox has ripped into Joe Budden for being “obsessed” with her.
Budden had previously criticized the R&B singer over her comments about her tour with Rod Wave, during which she was pelted with a bottle.

While Budden praised Lennox as talented, he took issue with her complaining about the arena tour and said she should have been grateful for the opportunity.
Lennox did not take the feedback well, calling the former Slaughterhouse rapper a “failure” during a fiery Instagram Live broadcast this week.
“I don’t know what Joe Budden’s obsession is with me, but what I will say is that somebody needs to tell him to stop touching them dogs,” she began. “He’s weird and he’s gross. He has smoke mouth. He’s disgusting! And he’s a failure like Drake said.
Lennox then threatened to spend $20,000 to sue Budden over his comments and claimed he “loves to oppose everybody, especially women.”

Lennox’s comments about dogs relate to accusations about Budden made by a former girlfriend who claimed that he committed sex acts with his pet.
In an episode of his podcast, Budden refuted the claims as well as additional allegations of domestic violence: “I don’t fuck dogs. I’m not here to talk to the people who believe I abused the very women I have taken care of. It’s just not who I am. It’s not who I’ve been.

“And this comes off two weeks of me exposing some truths about different corporations — Spotify, iHeart. I won’t say that this is a calculated smear campaign because I don’t think it’s that calculated; I just think people are stupid.”
Ari Lennox had previously detailed her issues opening for Rod Wave on his Nostalgia Tour, admitting that she was “never comfortable” during the trek.
“I just remember every show, just racing to get off stage, racing to get through my set,” she said on Instagram Live earlier this month.
Lennox’s issues weren’t with Wave himself but the audiences at the shows.

“I started trying to communicate with the audience and then I realized they were getting angry at me affirming them,” she continued. “You’re getting angry that I’m affirming you? This is not my crowd. And it’ll never be. And that’s alright.
“It was tough and it was heavy on my soul, especially the day when the bottle happened because that side of the stage, like, I felt the energy … It was just all darkness — that was literally the energy that was coming from the left side.”
Budden has yet to respond to Lennox’s comments.
