From the musically rich city of Philadelphia, PA, rapper Lil Uzi Vert has amassed a sizable fanbase by bringing an emo, rockstar twist to hip-hop. He released his debut commercial mixtape Luv Is Rage in 2015, and signed a deal with Atlantic Records under Generation Now (DJ Drama). Taking over 2016 and 2017, Lil Uzi Vert took a break after his quick run through the airwaves, and came back with a bang in 2020 with his project Eternal Atake (Deluxe) - LUV vs. The World 2. In 2021, Uzi scored himself a Gold plaque for Pluto x Baby Pluto — a collaboration with Future.
