During a 23-minute interview with Power 106 Los Angeles’ The Cruz Show, Anderson .Paak opened up about a variety of topics, including being a father, turning his son on to music, working with A Tribe Called Quest on the new album, We got it from Here…Thank You 4 Your Service, meeting Beyonce, and his relationship with Dr. Dre.
The 30-year-old artist, who is signed to Dre’s Aftermath imprint, also talked about working with the famed rapper/producer, and alluded to having unreleased music in the vault he apparently made with Dre. “Whenever I’m in town I just go in there and kick it with him and we just make somethin’, and we just put it away,” he said.
.Paak was on six tracks on Dre’s last album, Compton, in 2015. Watch the full interview above.
