LL Cool J’s Spike TV show, “Lip Sync Battle: All Stars Live,” is gaining traction and the latest performance had the audience screaming for more. Singer John Legend channels his inner Andre 3000 with a spirited performance of Outkast’s “Hey Ya” from the duo’s 2003 releases, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. As if that wasn’t enough, the legendary Stevie Wonder showed up as a special guest.
Based on the pop culture phenomenon of lip sync battling, the Spike original series features celebrities going head to head, battling for the coolest bragging rights on the planet. According to a press release, the series is a ratings and multi-platform superstar for Spike and is the most-watched original series in network history.
Season 3 of “Lip Sync Battle” premieres on Wednesday, October 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
