Okasian (pronounced “occasion”) releases the music video for single, “Get That Money.” The visual is the second installment of the “Last Orcas,” a summer release series featuring both original music and videos from South Korean creative collective, The Cohort, which includes Keith Ape, JayAllDay, Bryan Cha$e, and more. The name “The Last Orcas” is inspired by fashion Q&A series of Fujiwara Hiroshi’s “Last Orgy” and Nigo of Bape’s “Last Orgy 2.”
On “Get That Money,” his first original track of 2016, Okasian reflects on the double-edged sword to fame: the glamorous, wealthy side and the one that carries the heavy burden of the sacrifices that come with it.
The video for “Get That Money” is the latest from 88 Rising, a brand new media platform and imagination factory dedicated to celebrating global Asian culture.
