HipHopDX Exclusive Premiere: “Perception” is one of the single’s from Jay Luse’s debut EP Soulful Attraction, which is based on his view on what success is in life.
As Jay explains, “In life you are told being a doctor or anything that earns you a six figure salary is success, but its much deeper than that. Every individual must find the gold inside themselves better explained as their gifts or things that they have been blessed with and give their all to those things; going through all the trials and tribulations in order to see that light at the end of the tunnel. That fight that you go through and over come is what success is to me and what I feel would bring the greatest joy to people. Everlasting happiness to me equals doing what you love and have been blessed to be able to do day in day out till theres no tomorrow with no worries about a dollar.”
