Last year Scotty ATL dropped his mixtape, Spaghetti Junction, which featured the DJ Toomp produced track “Cloud IX (Go Up).”  Fast forward to this week as Scotty decides to go back to the tape and shoot a visual for “Cloud IX.” Never too late for a dope visual folks!
