Post Malone is known for being one of the kindest rappers in the game, and he’s proved it again after gifting an 11-year-old fan a very special gift.
The young fan, who is named Winter, was in attendance at Posty’s concert in Tampa, FL on Tuesday (August 1), when the “Circles” hitmaker gave her his $5,000 blue guitar — and he signed it, according to TMZ.

“We’re told Winter doesn’t know how to play the guitar, but the rare gift might be enough to get her into learning,” reported the outlet, who spoke to Winter’s mother, Jenn. “In handing it over, Post made the young girl promise to treat the instrument with respect, and Jenn says that’s exactly what they’ll do.”

While the heartwarming gesture will forever be a nice memory for young Winter, Post Malone recently admitted that his short-term memory has forever been compromised thanks to excessive use of psychedelic mushrooms.
The “Congratulations” hitmaker stopped by Apple Music for in-depth conversation with Zane Lowe last month, ahead of the release of his new album, Austin. After noting he’s never done hard drugs “in my entire life,” he opened up about his use of the magic mushrooms.
“Yeah, I take shrooms,” Posty began. “I like shrooms. I like shrooms. Not as much as I used to. It’s really affected my short-term memory. Maybe it was just a stint of habitual overuse. Daily. But now I take a little bar of chocolate with my buddies, a little square chocolate and just laugh and laugh and laugh.”
He continued: “I was talking to a ranger buddy of mine. He was a ranger and he was saying they’re giving it to guys for PTSD and stuff. And I was like, oh that’s cool because a lot of the times, a lot of pharmaceuticals, they have negative reactions often.
“And it’s cool to see that they’re giving them this medicine and it’s actually working. He was saying his buddy was going through it and it really helped him a lot. I don’t know. It’s interesting because it’s improved. It has improved my view on things.”

“Making the last record, I was so, so, so… Well, writing it, I was so, so sad,” Post added. “But now I’m so happy and it’s definitely improved my viewpoint on life.”
