Lil Wayne had a crazy show at Club LIV in Miami over the weekend, at one point even bringing out Drake and 2 Chainz.
Video of the event shows Drake vibing while Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz play through a few hits, including Young Money’s “Steady Mobbin” and Chainz’s “Watch Out” collab with Wayne from the pair’s lauded joint mixtape ColleGrove.

The link up comes as Lil Wayne remains hard at work on Tha Carter 6, which he announced during his Young Money reunion performance alongside Drake and Nicki Minaj at the 6 God’s October World Weekend festival last September. He was also spotted hitting the studio with Juelz Santana potentially working on the project together.
“CARTER 6 In Process… #ICFMFLifeslstyle #WeInMotion #BackOutSide,” Santana captioned a video of him and the New Orleans rap legend in the lab together.
Santana also recently shared a snippet of a forthcoming collab he’s got with Weezy, which contains a sample of Hov’s “Coming of Age (Da Sequel)” from 1998’s Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life.
“We In Motion… The Album OTW… Da Baby’s In Da Cut,” Juelz wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.
As for Drake and 2 Chainz, they were spotted hitting the strip club together in the 6 Gods new vlog titled “Rich Flex Her Loss.”

Drizzy shared the video last November and the grainy, VHS-style footage finds the 6 God out and about at restaurants and partying with an A-list group of friends, such as NBA stars Kevin Durant and DeMar DeRozan, his Her Loss collaborator 21 Savage and more. Throughout the video, Drake and 21’s “Rich Flex” rings off in the background.
Elsewhere in the video diary, Drizzy touches down in Miami, Florida, to celebrate his birthday with DJ Khaled, Busta Rhymes, Jim Jones and buzzing dancehall artist Skillibeng.
Chainz is also currently prepping his ColleGrovesequel with Lil Wayne. In an interview with Akademiks last year, he explained how this next installment will differ from the first.
“[Lil Wayne’s] on every single song. I think the last time we were in the studio together maybe twice. This time, we’ve been in the studio together multiple times working on this project,” he said.

“I feel super excited about this fucking project because it don’t sound like nothing I’ve ever heard before. And doing something like that with Wayne, it’s welcoming, it’s warming and it’s going to be accepted.”
