The lawsuit Nicole Spence filed against Wendy Williams in March has taken a decidedly ugly turn. Spence originally filed suit against her former boss at 107.5 WBLS for allegations that Williams allowed her husband, Kevin Hunter, to demand sexual favors from her [click to read]. Today various media outlets report the same lawsuit also includes claims Hunter tried to hire someone to kill rival radio personality Miss Jones (née Tarsha Jones), of 97.1 Hot 97.

According to excerpts from the suit, which were read in Manhattan federal court yesterday, Spence claims Hunter asked a WBLS employee to “help him find someone to kill . . . Tarsha Jones . . . because he was apparently angry over some comments that Miss Jones made about his wife on the air.”

Spence is still employed as Wendy Williams‘ booking agent at WBLS, and she is seeking unspecified damages from Williams, Hunter and Inner City Broadcasting Corporation, the parent company of WBLS. While neither representatives for Jones, Williams or WBLS have commented on the allegations, Hunter says the claims are “totally false.”
