While they use to be thick as thieves, the Kid Cudi and Kanye West fallout currently has no end in sight. Tensions between the pair have not been resolved since they began on Saturday (February 12), when Ye cut Cudi from his DONDA sequel because of his friendship with Pete Davidson. As tensions hit a boiling point, Lupe Fiasco, a longtime nemesis of Cudi, has stepped in to offer his own two cents on the whole debacle.
On Tuesday (February 15), Lupe directly replied to a tweet that had referenced Cudi as a “GOAT,” saying “oh he a goat, but he a bitch.”
Clearly, Lupe still has an issue with Cudi. The pair have been hostile towards each other since 2014, when Cudi came for Lupe on Twitter after he got word the “Kick, Push” rapper was charging $500 for a verse. Lupe bit back by saying Cudi’s shoes were overpriced.
Since then, Lupe has consistently slandered Cudi’s name both in songs and online. He at one point called him a “fake ass” on Twitter, and told him to “stop shitting on the people who really cared about your well being when this biz was ripping you apart.”

The feud escalated again in 2016 when Cudi and Drake were beefing over the latter’s controversial insult on his song “Two Birds, One Stone.”
“Man fuck that n-gga,” Lupe tweeted at the time. “What part of ‘rehab’ is calling people pussies and asking for fades?! Rehab is checking your own problems not this shit.”
As for the Kid Cudi and Ye beef, no truce is in sight quite yet. The last jab was from Cudi on Saturday (February 12), who said he didn’t wanna be on DONDA 2 anyway.

“Too bad I don’t wanna be on ur album u fuckin dinosaur hahaha,” Cudi wrote and eventually deleted on Twitter. “Everyone knows I’ve been the best thing about ur albums since I met you. Ima pray for u brother.”
He then added, “We talked weeks ago about this. You’re whack for flipping the script and posting this lie just for a look on the internet. You ain’t no friend. BYE.”
