Jermaine Dupri is following in Sean Combs‘ footsteps with a reality show based on an all male R&B group. Variety reports that BET will pick up the rights to the show Brutha. The show will chronicle the journey of five brothers who move from California to Atlanta in hopes of getting a record deal. The show was previously aired on Atlanta’s Peachtree TV under the name Jermaine Dupri Presents: Brutha.

Wu-Tang Clan‘s RZA announced that his group Achozen will begin releasing tracks from their upcoming album at 4:22 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, April 22. The song “Deuces” will be premiere exclusively at urSession.com. Achozen consists of RZA, Beretta 9 of Killarmy, bassist Shavo Odadjian from System of A Down and Reverend William Burke. The group will release a self-titled debut album later this summer, and RZA insists that the sound will not be “rap-metal,” opting for the term “heavy Hip Hop.”

Achozen will also feature guest appearances from Genius/GZA, George Clinton, John Frusciante of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Killah Priest and Sick Jacken of Psycho Realm. The group plans to perform limited tour dates in support of the album. Fans of RZA can also catch him on the soundtrack for the Afro Samurai video game, and his upcoming Koch release, Digi Snax [click for additional album and tour info].
