Lil Wayne is presumably going to be in a celebratory mood for a while. His close friend Chris Paul is going to the NBA Finals for the first time in his 16-year Hall of Fame career. The Phoenix Suns demolished Paul George and the Los Angeles Clippers 130-103 in Game 6 of the NBA Western Conference Finals Wednesday (June 30).
The game was fairly close until CP3 went on an 8-0 run and dropped 41 points to help the Phoenix Suns make the Finals for the first time since 1993. Devin Booker dropped 22 points while Deandre Ayton added 16 points and 17 rebounds to seal the deal for the Suns.
The Suns’ Game 6 victory wasn’t without its drama though. After Chris Paul hit a deep three-pointer to put the Suns ahead by 26 points, Patrick Beverley shoved him on his way back to the bench. Beverley received a technical and was ejected from the game.
The shove couldn’t ruin CP3’s moment as he cheered Beverley’s ejection. When the game was over, Paul gave a massive hug to Lil Wayne, who was sitting courtside for Game 6. Deandre Ayton got a hug from the NOLA legend too, and Wayne found himself celebrating with the rest of the team in the middle of the court.

Lil Wayne possibly got access to the Suns locker room like Quavo did when the Atlanta Hawks eliminated the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Videos surfaced with the Migos’ “Straightenin” bumping and Quavo dancing all over the locker room with the hyped-up players. He even threw on Kevin Huerter’s — who lead the Hawks with 27 points — sweat-soaked jersey.
“STRAIGHTENIN!!! #ECF @atlhawks,” he captioned.
