Tony Yayo’s trial for his alleged involvement in the March assault of the then 14-year-old James Rosemond will begin January 10. Yayo (born Marvin Bernard) is accused of striking and exposing a concealed firearm to the son of Czar Entertainment CEO Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond on March 20, 2007. In July Yayo rejected a deal that would have required him to serve nine months in jail, if he pleaded guilty to the charges.
