This week finds Diddy in more legal hot water as the Bad Boy label head has been accused of another assault.

The alleged incident occurred early Sunday morning at Kiosk, a night club in New York City. According to an article appearing in the New York Post, Diddy and another man, Steven Acevedo got into an exchange around 3:30 a.m. over an unidentified woman.

In statements given to authorities, Acevedo says he walked away, only to continue the argument moments later. During the second exchange, Diddy allegedly punched Acevedo twice while shouting, “I’ll kill you punk!”

According to unnamed sources, one of Diddy‘s bodyguards reached for his waistband when Acevedo attempted to defend himself. Rather than escalate the incident further, Acevedo left the nightclub and called 911.

He suffered a bloody nose and a busted lip.

Authorities are currently checking to see if there are any surveillance cameras at Kiosk that caught the incident on film.

Diddy has yet to be formally charged or questioned about his involvement.

The incident comes on the heels of a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against Diddy for his role in the assault of a promoter in June. In addition, a real estate agent claims he was assaulted by the mogul in February.
