Having survived a federal indictment, the loss of his distributor and a ton of music industry backlash, former Murder Inc. founder Irv Gotti is apparently ready for the next logical step–reality television. VH1 is moving full steam ahead with the as-yet untitled program, as evidenced by a YouTube trailer, which was released yesterday. There is still no official date for the premiere. Should the show see the light of day, it would obviously be a departure from VH1’s current reality format, which features ’80s entertainers such as Flava Flav and Brett Michaels.
