After a controversial launch, Diddy‘s brand of cologne, Unforgivable, is still finding road blocks to commercial venues.

In a twist of irony, MTV, a network known for pushing the envelope when it comes to risqué behavior, dropped the hammer on the line’s new ad. The station is refusing to air Diddy‘s latest advertisement, and sent back a list of “suggested edits” if the mogul wants the ad to see the light of air time.

According to reports, Diddy can be seen “going at it with Jessica Gomez in a stairwell, placing his hand up her skirt.” Another scene shows an unidentified woman with her hands on Gomez‘s breast, while pulling her underwear down.

In an attempt to stand up for either artistic freedom or obscenity (you be the judge), Diddy refuses to edit the commercial.

When Unforgivable launched in 2006, Diddy encountered another fire storm of controversy when the line’s original ads were deemed “too racy” for bill boards and bust stops.

In other unfortunate Diddy news, his ex-girlfriend/mother of his three children, Kim Porter is set to spill the beans on Diddy‘s infidelity and other exploits in an upcoming issue of Essence Magazine.
