Cee-Lo will serve as a song writer for the Cartoon Network’s summer programming. The network has announced that “Get Away,” a song written and performed by the Gnarls Barkley/Goodie Mob member will be the network’s theme song in the coming months.
Summer programming in which the rapper’s song will be involved includes Class of 3000, created by Andre 3000 and Storm Hawks, an action series of five mismatched teens as they defend their people from an evil empire.
Cee-Lo is also working with Gnarls Barkley partner, Danger Mouse to produce a follow up to their first album, St. Elsewhere.
