Snoop Dogg is set to team up with Spike TV for a new reality show.

The West Coast rapper is set to star in Bigg Snoop Dogg’s Youth Authority: California.
Spike will air the program tonight at 11 p.m. and focuses on past and
present tales of youth who are caught up in lives of crime.
Snoop states that age and peace were two reasons behind the shows creation.

“Can
we have peace? That’s what I am feeling like as I get older. I feel
like I gotta go back and do it because there’s a youngster out there —
and I can help him,”
he says.

“You’re too cool for jail,”
Snoop tells
one teen that he encounters.

“Jail ain’t for cool people, I went to jail, it ain’t for me. Since you’ve never been, don’t go. That’s my advice to you.”
