For its 31st year, the Arkansas New MusicFest will offer a genre-hopping lineup featuring a wide variety of musical guests.
According to The El Dorado News-Times, the festival, which will take place in the city’s trendy Murphy Arts District from October 18 to October 20, will feature Hip Hop artists Cardi B and Gucci Mane. There will also be performances from hair-metal acts like Lita Ford, Bret Michaels of Poison, and former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar. The country contingent includes Toby Keith and Justin Moore.
Other performers during the eclectic three-day festival include George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Sheila E. and Morris Day & The Time.
“Audiences are responding incredibly well to our diversity of programming – from country, Hip Hop, Christian and rock concerts to Shakespeare festivals, children’s touring shows, and even the Shanghai acrobats,”Murphy Arts District president Austin Barrow said in a statement.
