Eminem’s “Walk On Water single with Beyoncé was met with lukewarm reviews, but that didn’t stop the song from peaking at #1 on the R&B/Hip Hop Single Sales chart this week.

The motion picture soundtrack for the Netflix film Bright starring Will Smith is out, and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Darkside” track with Future and songstress Kiiara from the OST has earned the biggest gain at #7 for the week ending on November 16. G-Eazy’s latest single “The Plan” debuts at #11 this week, making it his second single in the Top 20.

For the longest time, Post Malone, Cardi B and Logic haved dominated the Top 3 spots of the R&B/Hip Hop Single Sales charts but things are shaking up. Post and 21 Savage’s “Rockstar” has been reduced to #2 and sales for Logic’s “1-800-273-8255” featuring Khalid and Alessia Cara fell 19 percent, dropping it to #6. Nevertheless, Cardi B is holding tight to the #3 spot with “Bodak Yellow.”

Working with Bey was ultimately on Em’s wish list and he admits to feeling the pressure of making something perfect for the Houston musician. “First of all, Beyoncé is amazing,” Em said during an interview on Shade45. “It’s been on my wishlist for a long time, but I never really had a song that I felt would be right to present to her. I was kind of waiting and then me and Paul kicked the idea around after I finished it. Based off what it was about, I felt like she probably could relate to this, too.”

Ty Dolla $ign, Future & Kiiara Earn This Week’s Biggest Gain In Sales

The motion picture soundtrack for Netflix’s film Bright is filled with some of Hip Hop’s biggest stars right now including Lil Uzi Vert, Migos and A$AP Rocky. However, it’s Ty Dolla $ign’s “Darkside” (#7) with Future and Kiiara that is seeing the biggest gain in sales on the charts this week.
