Ludacris, who is riding high after his latest album, Release Therapy hit the top of the Billboard 200 will play an “angry elf” in a new Christmas Comedy, Fred Claus, a film about Santa’s loser brother finds Luda alongside Hollywood funny man Vince Vaughn (who plays Fred). Vaughn’s character is said to return to the North Pole and almost ruins Christmas, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
R. Kelly can’t seem to stay out of trouble. The Step in the Name of Love singer allegedly Stepped in the name of beef- all over former mentor and friend Henry “Love” Vaughn. Vaughn alleges that he helped Kelly write Step and has not received any royalties from the 2003 hit. Vaughn also says Kelly and others dragged him into the singer’s basement on Feb. 19 and that “Kelly repeatedly struck [Vaughn] about the face and body with his fists,” the Chicago Sun Times reported. Allan Mayer, Kelly’s spokesperson denies the allegations.
