Tyrese Has A Meltdown On Instagram
It’s been a really emotional week for Tyrese. He’s been losing his mind over The Rock getting a spin-off in the Fast & Furious franchise, which seems to be cutting into Tyrese’s income while he and his ex-wife are embroiled in a tense custody battle.
The singer/rapper/actor has actually threatened to leave the Fast & Furious series if The Rock is brought back into the mix but he recently appeared to have a change of heart after talking to his co-star. Tyrese also broke down in another post, claiming he hasn’t seen his daughter in two months.

“I’m at $13,000 a month, what more do you want from me?” he said in a tearful Instagram post directed at his ex.
There is some good news for the “Sweet Lady” crooner though. He was previously being investigated for child abuse by LA County and now the case is closed.

“A day in my life? I’ma wake up. I’ma do some push ups. I’ma eat a salad,” he told DX’s Shirley Ju. “Play that [Nintendo] Switch that my bro just bought me. I might do a little bit of all that, you feel me? A little gaming, a little twitching, a little reading, a little writing. No ice cream — I’m trying to stay away from sweets and dairy products. I’m trying to honestly just go green. I’m trying to live to see 212 years old.”
Stalley Announces Post-MMG Album & Drops “My Line” Single With Migos
HipHopDX’s Editor-in-Chief Trent Clark got a moment to speak with Stalley about his departure from MMG and the music that’s on the way following his exit. His first single is the Migos-featured “My Line” off Tell The Truth: Shame the Devil – Vol. 1. The cover art is pretty interesting and Stalley was nice enough to break down its meaning.
“There’s the main character of the story represented by the skeleton because he’s a shell of his former self,” Stalley told HipHopDX during a recent trip to Los Angeles. “On his right side, there’s an angel figure. And on the left side, there’s a devil figure. They also represent lust — which is why you see the titties. That’s a hole in his chest where his heart used to be and the devil has his heart on her plate. The angel on the other side is supposed to represent his conscience or his guardian angel telling him he shouldn’t indulge in the vices in front of him.”

“I’m just helping [Patrick Moxey] get [Payday Records] launched by doing a grip of singles and then he’ll take it from there since he managed me through our entire Gang Starr career,” Preemo told HipHopDX. “We had a great journey together, so I’m happy to rock with him. I’m still doing my Year Round and TTT [To The Top] labels. NYGz is next on Year Round. Well, PRhyme 2 is actually next, but me and Royce [Da 5’9] share PRhyme Records.”
