Sonia Rodriguez, older sister of Busta Rhymes’ murdered
bodyguard Israel Ramirez, has taken the rapper to task in the New York
Post. After promising to establish a scholarship fund for Ramirez‘s
children, Sonia claims she hasn’t heard from Busta in over a
month. “I find it kind of nauseating – especially when he’s talking
about how he cared for my brother. He doesn’t give two diddlies about my
brother. At this point, I honestly believe Busta is using my brother’s death as
a publicity stunt – and I’m angry.”
Ouch…
Jay-Z is in the process of opening a second 40/40 Club in
famed Atlantic City,
but a lawsuit may slow him down. Interior designer Ilan Waisbod has
filed a lawsuit against him claiming Jay has reproduced his décor
designs for the new club without permission, a violation of the original
agreement. Waisbod is after $600,000, which could have been much more as
Jay plans on opening 40/40’s in Los Angeles,
Singapore and of course, Las Vegas…
