LA veteran Defari will drop his third album, Street Music August 8 via ABB Records.
Defari will work with the usual cast of characters on the production
tip (Evidence of Dilated Peoples, E-Swift of Tha Liks and Alchemist),
and on vocals (B-Real of Cypress Hill and J-Ro of Tha Liks). Also, be
on the lookout for a follow up tour this fall…
RBK, the company formerly known as Reebok, has teamed up with mixtape DJ Mick Boogie for a series of mixtapes called the RBK Artist Spotlight. A few artists you may have heard of will be lending some bars to these mixtapes; Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, and Pharrell. Lupe will be on deck first to promote his sneaker The OG.

the greatest promotional tools in the urban marketplace, and I
appreciate RBK for recognizing contributions that the mixtape has made
to the urban culture and choosing me for this project. RBK already has
some of the best shoes… and I look forward to working with them to
create some of the best mixtapes,” Mick Boogie said in a statement.
