UPDATE: Young Thug was arrested at Lenox Square mall in Atlanta after police recognized him for missing a court date, TMZ reports.
Authorities were called to the scene to investigate a stolen vehicle report and ran into Thugger. He had missed a court date for a case regarding excessive window tint, so he was taken into custody, booked and released on $500 bond.

While the video is only three seconds long, and only shows the arrested party from the back, there is a pretty striking resemblance to Young Thug.
As the figure is led away by what appears to be several authorities, the man filming says “They tryna lock Thug up, man, we out here at Lenox man.”
The man in custody also appears to be wearing a light blue denim jacket, which corresponds to the jacket he’s wearing in a video shared early on Friday morning by DJ Akademiks that purportedly shows “#youngthug back FREE after being arrested At Lennox mall yesterday.”
Nothing on Thug’s social media has confirmed or denied that he was arrested yesterday, though he has tweeted since the incident — “I miss TM88.”

Security at Lenox Square could not be reached for comment.
The event follows an incident at Atlanta Airport where Young Thug abused two airline staff for refusing to let him board a plane. Afterwards, he was sent back to the airport to apologize by his mother.
