Blink-182 just did what Blake Shelton, Ariana Grande and Red Hot Chili Peppers couldn’t: unseat Drake from the top spot of the Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
The California rock band ended Drake’s domination of the chart after a nine-week streak that hit several milestones. Last week, VIEWS became the third-place Hip Hop album with the most weeks at the top of the chart, behind only Vanilla Ice’s To The Extreme and MC Hammer’s Please Hammer Don’t Hurt Him.
Despite being bumped from the top, Drizzy’s album numbers actually went up six percent since last week and still almost doubled the numbers of the new Maxwell album, which sits in the third spot.
Logic and Desiigner both saw their new projects debut on the chart, at #16 and #22 respectively.
