Lil Wayne and Birdman allegedly bet thousands on a Madden video game played by the computer.

While the relationship between Lil Wayne and Birdman may be on the fritz, T-Pain recently took time to reminisce on his time spent in the studio with the pair. According to T-Pain, there was at least one instance when Lil Wayne and Birdman bet $10,000 on a game of Madden.

As if betting thousands of dollars on a video game wasn’t already bizarre, T-Pain explained that the Cash Money pair weren’t actually playing the video game, and were instead allowing the computer to play for them.

“When I used to be in the studio with Lil Wayne all the time and Birdman…Lil Wayne and Birdman would bet money, Lil’ Wayne and Birdman would bet $10,000 a game on Madden and they would just let the computer play each other,” T-Pain said, according to CBS Sports. “They would bet a team that they picked would beat the team the other guy picked. And they didn’t play the game, they just let the computer play each other. And they would just bet $10,000 on that game.”

As “ballin” as the Madden bets may have been, T-Pain revealed that he never joined in on the fun because he’s “not an idiot.”

“And I thought that was the most ballin-ish s– I had ever seen in my life. I never got in on the bets because, you know, I’m not an idiot. So I didn’t want to spend all my money,” he said.
