Yo Gotti is suing a luxury car dealership whose employee, he claims, crashed his whip on a joyride while it was in for repair, reports TMZ.

Gotti reportedly took his $409,000 Lamborghini Aventador to the Motorcars of Georgia dealership in Atlanta last October, only to later have one of the employees crash it into a trailer on the interstate about 20 miles away from the lot, according to documents.

The lawsuit is for $80,000 in damages to the car, plus more for “personal pain and mental anguish” reports TMZ.

HipHopDX reached out to Motorcars Of Georgia for a statement but didn’t hear back before publishing.

The Memphis rapper gave some tips for driving the Aventador in an interview with DJ Smallz last October.

“It’s kinda hard to drive the car ’cause it sits so low to the ground,” he explained. “So the whole time you’re driving it ain’t like regular driving watching cars and shit. It more about watching potholes and curbs ‘cause the car so wide and it sit so low so if you don’t hit the turn right you gonna hit the curb … Other than that if your money ain’t right don’t jump out there. It’s big boy shit … If you not ready to fuck with it don’t fuck with it. Stay in your lane.”
