Two underground Left Coast legends are combining forces this summer for the “Unlimited Up Tour.” Murs and Propaganda are set to embark on the six-stop trip through the month of July. They will be joined by Oklahoma artist Jabee.
Propaganda was featured on Murs and 9th Wonder’s Brighter Daze mixtape, which was released on New Year’s Day. He and the Strange Music rapper thought they should continue working, building off the momentum of their collaboration.
“This tour really was a no brainer for us,” Propaganda says in an exclusive statement to HipHopDX. “Both of us being members of LA mega crews (him, Living Legends, me, Tunnel Rats) our similarities were just obvious. So the tour just came out of our friendship. We saw after the ‘Walk Like a God’ track released, we had so much overlap in fan bases. It just made sense to go out together.”
Murs shares these sentiments and compares their relationship with that of two pop culture icons.

“He’s a righteous dude,” the Have a Nice Day rapper says. “I’d like to think that I am too. He’s a dope live performer. I’d like to think that I am too. He has an affinity and reverence for the Chicano culture which is the foundation of the city I love. Integrity, morals and one heck of a work ethic. Same. We are basically like the Black Bill and Ted with higher IQ’s.”
