The courts is watching.

Actor Malcolm Crenshaw filed a one million dollar lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court against Roc-A-Fella, Island Def Jam Music Croup and Universal Music and Video Distribution.

The actor claims he was never paid for appearing in the 1998 movie Streets Is Watching.

Malcolm appeared in four scenes of Roc-A-Fella’s first movie.

The straight to video movie was a pseudo autobiography for Jay Z that featured numerous songs from the accompanying soundtrack and In My Lifetime Vol.1 that Jay released the previous year.
