Key witness in Mazaradi Fox murder, accused of perjury. Rayesha Brockington, the key witness in the case against Jamal Scott, the man accused of killing 50 Cent associate Jamal “Mazaradi Fox” Green, has been charged with perjury.
The New York Daily News reports that Brockington, who was in the car when Fox was shot and killed, is accused of giving false testimony under oath.
Due to this latest news, the case against Scott is “no longer viable,” according to his lawyer.
“The indictment by the Queens District Attorney’s office for perjury ensures that the case against Jamal Scott is no longer viable,” Scott’s lawyer, Marvyn Kornberg said while speaking with the New York Daily News. “They have no evidence.”
