It seems like The Lox have taken have run with the Let’s Get Free message that dead prez invoked with their debut. According to an MTV.com article, Jadakiss and Styles P (signed to solo deals) and The Lox as a collective are refusing to record for Interscope.

“We’ve been on a promo tour for Sheek Louch’s album, and on the bus we just been talking about this sh–,”Styles told MTV.com. “They doing so much bullsh– to us, and it’s like you can’t do nothing. It’s like you work at a real job like at Key Food and you notice the conditions ain’t suitable for you and you ain’t really getting nowhere.”

All three men say that they aren’t walking away from the game. Fans will still be able to hear the group on the mix tape circuit.

Interscope aren’t the only ones to blame for the emcees departure. They also cite Diddy as well. For those who don’t know, when The Lox were Let Go from Bad Boy, Diddy kept a lot of their publishing rights. Don’t believe me? Look for Justin Combs to appear in the credits on any L-O-X affiliated release.

“I don’t have no beef with him, but I’m not feeling him,”Styles said of Diddy. “He don’t want to come off none of that publishing. That’s securing your future. That’s what’s gonna come in later down the line. The direction things are going now, it’s going downhill. It’s like we almost blackballed and we been fighting through the blackball. He has all this money, he has Justin’s [restaurant], Sean John, he throws million-dollar parties but we can’t get a piece of our publishing back?”

If issues with former boss Diddy and current employers Interscope aren’t enough, The Ruff Ryders are reportedly in negotiations with 50 Cent and G-Unit over a new Kiss album.

“The sh–‘s crazy. It makes you go, ‘This sh– is crazy,’ “Styles said about learning of Dee and Waah’s talks with 50. “I don’t understand what the f— is going on. We keep speaking and speaking [to Ruff Ryders] and it seems like nothing is getting nowhere. The sh– is worse now. They trying to get Jada on G-Unit.”

Neither Ruff Ryders or Interscope issued statements on the matter.
