G Herbo’s Ballin Like I’m Kobe mixtape was released today (September 29).
The 16-track project is the Chicago rapper’s first as project under his new stage name. He formerly went as Lil Herb.
Fellow Chicago emcees Lil Bibby and Lil Durk make appearances on the mixtape.
G Herbo announced that he signed with Cinematic Music Group earlier this month.

G Herbo has signed to Cinematic Music Group, a press release announces. The Chicago rapper formerly went by the name Lil Herb.
“G Herbo has the life experience, lyrical dexterity, and the vocal inflection of someone far beyond his years,” the release says of the 19-year-old rapper. “No one in the game paints a more vivid picture of young street life in America like G Herbo.”
G Herbo is planning to drop the Ballin Like I’m Kobe mixtape. He released the first video from the project for a song called “No Limit.”
The rapper is also slated to go on the “Smoker’s Club Tour” this fall.
